We are degreed, certified, and highly experienced Employment Law Complaint Investigators with a mastery of the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, and an undeniable understanding that businesses and employees require harmonious working environments to effect organizational and personal success. Unlike others in this field endorsed only by course work (perhaps), we actually investigate state and federal employment law complaints reviewed by U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Administrative Law Judges.
For our state, federal, corporate, and general public clients, we conduct meticulous investigations (interviewing witnesses, examining evidence, re-enacting scenes to test probabilities, etc.) then render investigative recommendations on how well or poorly workplace practices comply with any of the following:

Our conflicts resolution/mediation record is phenomenal! We have successfully mediated hundreds of workplace grievance cases dual filed with a state government and the federal government.
